Open House is an estate agent in Leicester that covers a number of areas across the district including East Goscote.

East Goscote is in the Charnwood district of Leicestershire and is a modern village which is twinned with Fleury-Sur-Andelle, France. According to City Population, East Goscote reports having a population of 2843.

In olden times it was one of the old hundreds (an area of land purported to be able to support 100 families). Its name was taken from its old name of East Goscote Hundred. The Goscoate Hundred (or Wapentake) features in the Domesday Book which was later split into an East and West areas.

It was the first new village to be created in Leicestershire since Domesday and is unique in the county.

The village has a primary school which was opened in 1968, this had to be expanded in 1977 to cope with the number of children in the village. The school is named Broomfield County Primary School.
